When you place an order, you will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout to complete payment by credit or debit card. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Infinite Xchange reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
We ship to selected European countries and beyond. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times range from 24 to 48 hours for domestic (Italy) shipments and 3–7 business days for international shipments. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Infinite Xchange is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@infinityxchange.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
