14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +39 350 857 0630 or email us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the exchange process. The new item will be shipped once we receive the original.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
